services begin exactly 30 days from your wedding start date
-One in person planning meeting.
-Etiquette assessment at final meeting.
-Unlimited contact via email beginning 30 days before event date.
-Weekly contact to make sure finalizing day of is going smoothly.
-Review wedding plans and address any inconsistencies or problems.
-Confirmation calls to wedding vendors.
-Creation of day of timeline to be sent to bride and groom to edit as needed within three weeks of the big day.
-Final detailed timeline will be sent to all vendors one week prior to your wedding day for vendor review.
-Confirm insurance and security deposit has been given to Grand Ol’ Barn.
-Confirm final head counts and floor plans
- Coordinate with catering and ensure catering has the correct final guest counts and timelines
- Up to two medium size boxes of items to set out on wedding day
Wedding Rehearsal
-Coordination of ceremony rehearsal.
-Distribute extremely detailed wedding day itinerary to wedding party, contracted vendors and family.
Wedding Day
-Coordinate food delivery for bride/groom during preparation.
-Make sure anyone with a special role is prepared and ready.
-Manage the flow and timing of ceremony and reception.
-Act as the liaison between family members, wedding party and vendors.
-Use of extensive bridal emergency kit.
-Collect items needed for wedding day:

Cake Topper
Candles
Escort Cards
Favors
Guestbook
Marriage License
Programs
Toasting Flutes
Ceremony
-Distribution of bouquets and flowers.
-Direction of band, DJ, florist, photographer, videographer etcetera.
-Overseeing of ceremony and reception setup to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
-Distribution of final payments and gratuities as requested.
-Setup of all ceremony and reception décor not handled by any specific vendor.
-Direction of ushers for program distribution.
-Lining up of wedding party for ceremony.
-Cuing musicians for ceremony.
-Giving marriage license to officiant.
-Ensuring wedding rings are present.
-Collection of all personal wedding items.
Cocktail Hour & Reception
-Setup of reception items listed above not handled by any specific vendor.
-Management of vendor setup for reception.
-Fluffing of wedding gown for photos.
-Lineup and cueing of bride and groom/wedding party for grand entrance.
-Assisting entertainment provider in cuing important events.
